What AI Tattoo Generator Does

AI Tattoo Generator is an AI-powered tool that generates visual reference images for tattoo design inspiration. It is NOT a professional tattoo design service, and generated images are NOT ready-to-use tattoo stencils or professional artwork.

Acceptable Use

You may:

• Use generated images for personal inspiration and reference.
• Share generated images on social media with attribution.
• Show generated images to your tattoo artist as inspiration.

You may NOT:

• Use generated images to claim professional tattoo design services.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated images without significant modification.
• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API.

AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

All images generated by AI Tattoo Generator are AI-created visual references, not professional tattoo designs. Key limitations:

1. Not tattoo-ready: Generated images are for inspiration only. They are NOT production-ready tattoo stencils or professional artwork.
2. Accuracy not guaranteed: AI may produce anatomical inaccuracies, unrealistic proportions, or stylistic errors.
3. Consult a professional: Always consult a licensed tattoo artist before getting a tattoo. Do not rely solely on AI-generated images.
4. No liability for real-world use: AI Tattoo Generator is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from using generated images for actual tattoos.

User-Uploaded Content

By uploading photos to AI Tattoo Generator, you:

• Confirm you own the photo or have explicit consent from the person depicted.
• Grant us a limited, revocable license to process the photo for AI generation purposes only.
• Acknowledge that photos are deleted immediately after processing and are not stored or used for model training.
• Agree not to upload explicit, illegal, or non-consensual images.

Free Tier & Limits

• Free users receive a limited number of generations (currently 5).
• We may adjust free tier limits at our discretion.
• Trial users receive 5 generations valid for 365 days from registration.

Payments & Pricing

• Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may change without notice.
• All fees are charged in USD.
• Payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not store your payment information.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AI Tattoo Generator disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
• AI Tattoo Generator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• AI Tattoo Generator is not responsible for tattoo outcomes, body art decisions, or any real-world applications of generated images.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
